such a great variety it is neat to see the difference in where we all live. the hermit crab is my favorite i think because of all the different textures around him and how he is not centered. i think the crab could have been cropped to see it better. and of course the gecko is cool!!!!
I agree that where we live makes a difference in many of these assignments :-) Re: the green crab....I actually should have shot him with either my iphone or a telephoto.....just didn't get a chance to go back there and try again. He was adorable.

Nice shots, Lynn- love the crabs, fiddler and hermit, and where did you find the orange gecko? Good job capturing that fast fellow! That was my problem- nothing wanted to hold still so I could get a clear shot and I took a huge number of pics to get a few good ones. We used to have true chameleons here when I was young, but now they have been taken over by the patterned ones. Some even look like tiny dinosaurs to me. My favorite shot is the spider-webbed bromeliads- love how you caught the dew drops on the webs!
