Thought I'd try something in B&W.

Yard 'stuff'.....

 

I went to the beach today to practice getting action shots. I feel ok about my results.

There was a guy running a remote controlled car. I tried to capture the sand flying off the wheels.

....was trying to capture the group of gulls taking off. In the next shot above, I wanted to try and capture the movement of the water on the shore.

 

The next shots are just random birds in flight shots......

 

This last shot is clearly not an 'action shot'....I just thought it was pretty.

I went to the beach today to see if I could capture some action shots. I feel good with my results.

These are simply random shots I'm taking as I (finally) begin to learn about my camera settings. I have just begun learning about shutter speeds, ISO, and F-stops. Below are just some shots from the last few days. I have a long way to go in my learning and my results...but I'm excited to try. Always feel free to leave any comments you have.
